You can make a valuable contribution to your community by serving on the volunteer Community Connection Executive Committee. Community Connection is a non-profit organization that provides affordable recreation, leisure and special interest programs for all ages. Community Connection works with the Town of Whitby and the Durham District School Board to offer a wide variety of evening programs, which include sports (such as popular adult volleyball leagues), karate, dance, drama, music, language, science and art.
